About us

Child Enrichment Medical Centre (CEMC), an affiliate of Behaviour Enrichment Group, started in March 2022 to bring BE’s quality therapy services to parents in Al Nahda & Sharjah areas. CEMC has access to all resources of BE, including proprietary software, programs of BE and supervision by BE’s experienced supervisors.

Meera Ramani, MS BCBA, QBA and The IBA

Founder – Behaviour Enrichment Group & Centre Partner – CEMC

Meera is the Founder and Program Director of Behaviour Enrichment Group, with 2 centres in Al Barsha and Al Nahda, where she is transforming lives by bringing ABA to the doorstep of those who need it.  Meera is a 25+ year veteran in the field of autism and is one of the first Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) in Dubai.

 

A staunch believer in hands-on training, Meera actively mentors Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs and BCBAs, who deliver personalized behavioral intervention programs.

Seema Sodani, BCaBA (USA)

Centre Head & Centre Partner – CEMC

Seema Sodani has an undergraduate degree in Education and further specialized in working with people of determination through her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcABA) certification from BACB, USA.  She has over 22+ years of experience in this field.

 

Along with developing individual tailor-made IEPs, Seema has dealt extensively with behavior modification programs modeled along the principles of ABA, integrated within an overall early intervention program.

Rajashree Balasubramanian, BCaBA (USA)

Chief Operating Officer – Behaviour Enrichment Group

A lawyer by training, Rajashree is part of the Founding team at BE.   An entrepreneur at heart, she has started several therapy units (such as the half-day learning support unit, speech & occupational therapy units) from scratch, while maintaining BE’s uncompromising quality of service.  With her passion to make a difference, combined with a commitment to provide quality, affordable therapy services, Rajashree has been instrumental in growing BE across multiple locations and units.

Program Supervisor | Registered Behavior Technician

Helga has completed her Bachelor & Masters in Special Education and also holds a Diploma in teaching young hearing impaired children (DTYHI- RCI), and is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT).

She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of special education. She started her career in India as a special educator for early intervention and also as coordinator for the diploma course in teacher training.

Admissions

Consultation to Services

Step 1

Appointment

– Book an appointment with our Clinical Director. Fill up the registration form below.

Step 2

Consultation

– Initial consultation with parent & child to understand parental concerns and observe child.

– Services recommended based on consultation.

Step 3

Therapy

– Recommended services are started.

– Individualized Treatment Plan designed and shared with parents.

Step 4

Review Progress

– Progress review sessions every 4-6 weeks with parent & child to check progress and update the treatment plan.

What to expect at your first appointment:

  • This is just a screening appointment to understand parental concerns, observe the child and make service recommendations based on the child’s needs.
  • Book this at a timing when your child is generally active and not sleepy
  • If possible, both parents should attend so that all concerns can be addressed
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to finish registration formalities
  • If possible, download the registration form and submit prior to your appointment
  • Bring a copy of your child’s Emirates ID and a photograph of the child
  • Bring a copy of all past medical, diagnostic, assessment and progress reports for our review
