A former M&A lawyer, Rajashree left a successful career in corporate law in 2016 to lead BE’s management team. Driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference and a commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services, she has played a pivotal role in transforming BE from a two-therapist ABA practice into a multidisciplinary organization of over 100 employees across multiple locations.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rajashree provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership across the organization. Her responsibilities span organizational development, recruitment, business growth, and ensuring both parent and employee satisfaction. She strongly believes in engaging with all stakeholders, from families to team members, and fostering a culture where trust, collaboration, and quality of service remain at the forefront.

Under her leadership, BE has successfully expanded into multiple service verticals, including its flagship School Readiness and Day Program, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy departments, and partnerships with leading schools across the UAE, while maintaining its commitment to service quality.

Beyond her role at BE, Rajashree collaborates with government organizations, schools, universities, and professional institutions to advance the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the region. She served on the UAE Professional Standards Review Committee, contributing to the development of professional standards for Applied Behavior Analysts. She is also passionate about promoting awareness of evidence-based interventions for children with autism, working closely with schools, institutions, and government bodies, and facilitating knowledge-sharing by bringing internationally recognized experts to the region to conduct workshops and training programs on autism and related developmental disorders.
